- Six Star and beyond (ABSA Approved) House Energy Rating
- BCA Part J, Commercial Buildings – erating provides BCA Part J 1-4 Glazing Calculator and BCA Compliance Report Part J for Class 2-9 Commercial Buildings.
- Residential Deem to Satisfy (DTS) – BCA has a DTS provision, in Part 3.12 Glazing Calculator, Air Movement Data Sheet and Compliance Report for Class 1&10a residential buildings.
- Consulting Service – erating provides a consulting service for energy efficient building design at an hourly rate.
