To assist us with the energy rating, please include the following vital information on the working drawings: Building Area (sqm) for Each Level, True North Clear Indication, Ceiling / Roof / Wall Insulation and R-Value(s), and Roof & Wall Color (ie. Light, Medium or Dark) if known.

Electronic Submission Requirements

- Electronic Copies of full working drawings / design in <.pdf> format only. No other formats will be accepted.

- Note: For residential five star and beyond energy rating only, the plans must have a clear area of no less than 125mm by 185mm for the energy rating specifications block, preferably on the site plan. Alternatively, you can attach an extra blank page (including address block and details at the bottom, as per every other page), ensuring that it is numbered accordingly (ie. if the drawing has four pages numbered: 1/4, 2/4, 3/4 & 4/4, then attaching an extra blank page will change the numbering to 1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5 & 5/5, where the fifth page would be the blank page).

- Printed working drawings or design – three full copies (including site plans). These may be posted out or dropped off to our registered office. Please fill in the following form which must accompany the submitted plans.
