The following documents will be issued by erating as part of the completed assessment:

For Five Star Energy Rating:

1. The ABSA Energy Rating Certificate – this will be submitted to the council with the Building Application, and a copy must be kept by the client. (Print 3x copies).
2. Specification Schedule – this will be submitted to the council with the Building Application. (Print 2x copies).
3. Specification Block – this will be attached to the drawing (electronically or glued to the back of the site plan) and will form part of the stamped working drawings. (Print 2x copies).
4. Stamped Working Drawings – ABSA Certified Stamped Working Drawings. (Print 2xcopies)

For Residential Deem to Satisfy (DTS) Provision:

1. BCA ‘Deem to Satisfy’ Part 3.12 Glazing Calculator Report. (Print 2x copies)
2. Air Movement Data Sheet and Compliance Report for Class 1 & 10a residential buildings. (Print 2x copies)

For Commercial Deem to Satisfy (DTS) Provision:

1. BCA ‘Deem to Satisfy’ Part J 1-4 Glazing Calculator Report. (Print 2x copies)
2. BCA Part J, Commercial Compliance Report for Class 2-9 Commercial Buildings. (Print 2x copies)
