Energy Rating can be conducted at the design phase or once working drawings have been completed. In the case of Five Star Assessments, the more stars the house achieves, the more energy efficient it is (ie. the less it costs to cool it down in summer and warm it up in winter). Obtaining a rating at the design phase allows your the opportunity to make changes so that maximum energy efficiency can be achieved. OUR STAFF Natanael Costea heads the erating consulting agency. Natanael has completed studies in Applied Physics at RMIT, Business at ECU, and has run his licensed building company for over ten years. Having been involved in the building industry for over ten years, he can provide expert advice to building designs and cost effective measures in sustainable buildings. Natanael is ABSA accredited and has over three years experience in commercial and residential energy rating. Calebius Pop is the office administrator and ABSA accredited assessor. He has almost two years experience in energy efficient assessments and has worked as an estimator and scheduler in the building industry for nearly two years. Calebius is currently undertaking tertiary studies at Curtin University and he coordinates the office administration of our agency.
